Returns & Exchanges - BK KRAFT

The BK Guarantee We stand behind the uncompromising craftsmanship of our leather goods. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be strictly in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unused, and completely free of scratches or marks.

  • In its original packaging, including the BK dust bag and any structural inserts.

  • Accompanied by the original digital receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return Do not send items back without authorization. To start a return, please email our concierge team at hello@bkkraft.co.ke with your Order Number.

Once approved, we will provide specific instructions for the return. Depending on your location, this may involve dispatching a secure rider or dropping the item off at a designated corporate courier (e.g., Fargo/G4S). Approved returns are processed at our headquarters: Upperhill Gardens Apartments, Suite B32, Nairobi.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your leather goods immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and expedite a replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items To maintain our quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Leather goods that have been personalized, monogrammed, or custom-ordered.

  • Items purchased during a final clearance sale or using a gift card.

  • Items showing signs of wear, stretching, or leather conditioning by the customer.

Exchanges For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted and inspected at our Upperhill office, you can make a separate purchase for the new item or colorway.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (M-Pesa or Bank Card) within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping or dispatch fees are non-refundable.
