Executive Dispatch & Shipping Policy

The BK Standard

At Bizlist Kenya, we believe the final step of your purchase should be as seamless as the first. We do not use standard public transit for our deliveries. Every leather piece undergoes a final quality inspection before being securely packaged in our signature BK dust bags and handed over to our dedicated dispatch team or trusted corporate couriers.

Complimentary Nationwide Dispatch

As part of the uncompromising BK experience, we offer complimentary, fully insured premium delivery on all orders anywhere within the Republic of Kenya.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

• Nairobi Direct Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) EAT will typically be hand-delivered the same day directly to your office reception or home address via our dedicated executive riders.

• Countrywide Secure Courier: Deliveries outside Nairobi are dispatched via our corporate logistics partners (e.g., Fargo Courier or G4S) and typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days. You will be required to present your National ID upon collection or delivery to ensure security.

Tracking Your Order

Once your capsule piece leaves our Upperhill headquarters, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details or the direct contact information of your dedicated Nairobi rider.

Missed Deliveries & Re-Routing

For Nairobi deliveries, our rider will contact you prior to arrival to confirm your availability. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the client being unreachable, the item will be safely returned to our headquarters. For countrywide courier deliveries, packages are typically held at the courier hub for a maximum of 3 days before being returned to us.

International Shipping

Currently, the Bizlist Kenya inaugural collection is available exclusively within the Republic of Kenya. We are finalizing our international logistics partnerships and will announce global shipping availability in the near future.
